1. Cancellation by Customer

• More than 4 hours before appointment: No penalty. Full refund of any advance paid.
• Less than 4 hours before appointment: A nominal cancellation fee may be charged to cover technician travel costs.

2. Refund on Installation Services

Since our service is labor-based, installation charges are non-refundable once the work has been completed and verified by the customer.

If you are unsatisfied with the installation quality (e.g., exposed wires), please contact us within 7 days. We will revisit and correct the issue free of charge.
